Dues, Fees, and Donations
All students pay monthly dues of $80 for adults, $40 for minors, with an additional $30 for practicing more than one art, due on the 1st of each month.
The Budokai requires prospective students to carefully review the following forms:
Waiver Form - All students must fill out a waiver form for the calendar year before attending practice.
Once they have been reviewed, Membership and Waiver forms should be signed, scanned in, and sent to secretary@capitalareabudokai.org.
Alternatively forms may be handed in physically to the instructor or senior student at class.
